Located in one of the most upscale and central neighborhoods of São Paulo, close to Rua da Consolação and Avenidas Higienópolis and Paulista, with easy access to the Higienópolis - Mackenzie subway station, the Sabará and Santa Casa hospitals, the Patio Higienópolis shopping mall and Parque Buenos Aires.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday. On weekends, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Check out is until 11:00. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

RENOVATED APARTMENT IN A BUILDING FROM THE 70S, IN HIGIENÓPOLIS!

THE BUILDING…

Building built in the 70s. There are only 2 floors and 2 apartments per floor, so the building only has stairs to access the apartments.

THE APARTMENT…

As we enter the apartment, it is impossible not to look directly at the brick wall that forms a mini-gallery with industrial-style lighting that highlights it. The ambient lighting is also done with the yellowish tone of the lights and the exclusively designed lamps transform the environment, making it very intimate and the air conditioning to improve the temperature on hot days. The entrance hall with a floor-to-ceiling mirror and a purple door gives us a feeling of more space, not that it needs it, after all the apartment is very large and the living room is very spacious, consisting of 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen has a hydraulic tile floor in blue and green tones that combines with the beautiful and functional joinery in vibrant Cobalt Blue and wood, with a built-in oven and space for a dishwasher. The L-shaped countertop has a built-in cooktop and double sink, with lighting in the upper joinery, so we have a great and well-lit space for use by those who enjoy cooking and want to enjoy this extremely cozy kitchen. The service area also has great space, a closet with niches and drawers, a washing machine, a ceiling clothesline with a crank and even a support bathroom.

Moving on to the intimate area of ​​the apartment, first:

The suite is very spacious with a King bed and reading lamps on each side with individual lighting, television, air conditioning, 3 good-sized closets and at the entrance to the room a mirror that stretches from floor to ceiling. In the closet next to the bed we have the entrance to the suite's bathroom, with a retro feel, due to the black and white hexagonal flooring that was widely used in the 50s and 60s, large countertop with two sinks and lower cabinets, storage area bath and also an area with a hot tub so you can enjoy a great relaxing bath.

Next, the hallway, with a large closet between the suite and the other bedrooms and bathroom.

The bathroom has a more modern style in shades of blue and white with a bench in the bath area.

Bedroom with single bed, air conditioning and workbench with monitors at your disposal, which can be used as an office in times of home office!

Finally, the children's room, upon entering we look directly at the artistic mural with trees and birds painted on the wall, beautiful Montessori playhouse bed, green knitted bean bag and lighting with intensity control, magnificent isn't it?

For check-in, we will send the keys via Uber to the door of the Building, and you must notify us 30 minutes in advance of your arrival so you don't have to wait. Unfortunately, Uber wait times can vary a lot and you may have to wait a while for it to arrive. If you prefer, you can also pick up the keys at our office, which is approximately a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
