On one half of the grounds sits the owners’ residence with two guest houses, while the remaining land hosts a private villa with two adjacent guest houses that can be rented together for celebrations, weddings or extended family stays, or reserved individually for enhanced privacy. Each residence benefits from its own entrance, private pool and dedicated parking.



Villa Vireon is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring a stylish superior suite of approximately 25 square metres with a separate bedroom and furnished patio overlooking the garden. A private outdoor hot tub provides a secluded space for relaxation, while elegant interiors include premium bedding with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, Frette linens, air-conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The marble bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower, designer toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, creating a refined spa-like atmosphere.



Guests enjoy thoughtful amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television with satellite channels, refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, safe, and daily housekeeping. The suite accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and the option of a cot for an infant. The property was renovated in March 2022, ensuring a fresh and contemporary finish throughout.
