'Hotel are in the wonderfull location along the caldera. We had a luxury suite as like a villa with nice views from balcony. The bathroom tub has spa jets is appreciated. 'Property had amazing views, staff was absolutely the best!!!! Friendly above and beyond helpful. Alex and Alex and the gentleman that drove us from the Port, were fabulous. Area is great, easy walking to everything. Bus stop close. Only complaint we had or might warn others of, was the noise from local bars at night. We could hear the music and people yelling til 3am. We did have the room to the top north closest to the streets with the clubs. Other rooms may not hear the noise. Patio sitting...

All facilities were comfortable and of sufficient size, swimming pool, sun loungers, pool bar, restaurant, etc. Special mention was made of the breakfast, which you could choose from a list, in addition to a buffet table and croissants served to the tables. As well as a large bottle of water included in the room rate every day. Even the taxi rides arranged through the hotel were reasonably...
