Holiday home "Casa Lagoa Mar" next to the beach and lagoon, with private terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Casa Lagoa Mar, on the wonderful Costa de Santo André, located in a small neighborhood of colorful Alentejo houses, next to the beach and Lagoa de Santo André (10 min walk). The house is very spacious, bright and comfortably accommodates 7 people and is perfect for a holiday with family or friends, in the tranquility that characterizes Alentejo.



The villa consists of two floors with independent access and guests stay on the top floor (type T3), accessible by stairs from the outside. There are three large and comfortable bedrooms (all with a double bed and one also with a single bed), the kitchen is open-space and the living room is very large. It has a bathroom with bathtub and bidet.



The house is fully equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, bag and capsule coffee machine (Delta Q), blender, ironing board and iron, etc. Despite not having air conditioning, there is a fan in each room. In the living room there is a 4K SmartTV with the main streaming apps (using the guest's personal account). The Wi-Fi is great (500 Mb). All rooms are furnished and one of them has a desk. There is also another table in the room. Outside there is a good terrace for barbecuing, having lunch in the shade of the removable awning or sitting on the balcony that faces the pine forest and taking a nap in the healthy Alentejo air.



We have been renting the house for holidays for several years, so we have the experience necessary to ensure your family and friends have a great stay. The beach has a blue flag and the lagoon is perfect for swimming in warmer waters, without waves or currents, perfect for children. It is also ideal for canoeing and frequented by Kite Surfers and Wind Surfers. The lagoon is a natural reserve and is a privileged place for bird watching, including wooden walkways that are located on the edge of the lagoon (ex. Salgueiral da Galiza). The pine forest, right next to the house, has several routes and is perfect for walking or cycling.

Pets, smoking or events/parties are not allowed. It is a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. There is free street parking for several cars. You can park in front of the property's entrance gate and in front of the garage gate (parking is not allowed inside the garage).
