Are you ready for a charming and relaxing vacation? We are pleased to welcome you and yours to our loft! We know you are going to love it here and make some amazing memories to take home with you. Completely new apartment with new furniture and appliances, it is build to a high standard, beautifully designed, and the comfort and needs of guests have been thoroughly thought out.

Go up in one of the elevators to the 5th floor, walk through the door, kick off your shoes, and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm vibe and a mountain view when you walk into the apartment. The layout flows from the main door to the kitchen, living room, and dining area, next are the bedrooms and balcony with the view of the pool and mountains.

Our balcony is ideal for relaxing with a book, coffee, or cocktail when you are not exploring the city, the water park, or any other adventures.

The living room is comfortable and hospitable. There is a large smart TV with access to popular streaming apps and cable channels. Near the TV, you can find the password to the internet that is reachable throughout the apartment. Put your feet up after a hard and long day at the beach, the water park, or rivers that are located in the areas, and begin to unwind. You also will find some board games for hours of family fun.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all major appliance and many smaller ones too. The huge refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker essential for a refreshing cocktail on those hot days. On the large dining table, you can squeeze in 6+ people.

The master bedroom is situated at the end of the apartment and has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed and an ample closet. The second guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a sizable closet with built-in organization cubbies. Both bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a walk-in shower.

The beds are brand new, with extra comfy mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new linens, pillows, and covers (which are always laundered after each guest's stay). We also provide hand, face, and bath towels.

There is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer with all the necessary essentials. This is also where you will find a first aid kit.

The home has a keyless entry via a keypad - You will be provided with a code 24-48 hours prior to arrival

The apartment is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guest access…
Guest will have access to the entire apartment, pools, playground, soccer yard, and 2 parking spaces. (We only kept a small storage in the apartment for supplies that will be inaccessible)

We love those furry companions! However, The apartment is pet-free.
