Hotelresorts in Santee

'Overall great experience.'

'Traveling to Florida and stopped for the night. The employees were welcoming and nice. Received water and cookies at check in. The room was very clean as was the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay again.'

'We have always stayed at the BW Santee on our road trips to Florida. It is getting very worn out and not maintained too well. The toilet in the room was clogged and handle broken when we checked in which it took about an hour to fix. We booked through Expedia for this stay because it was a good bit cheaper than the BW website. It turned out that the hotel billed us in full for the stay along with the Expedia charge. I called the hotel when I noticed it a few days later and it took me a...

'The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths.'

'Not clean and staff was not helpful. Property was not maintained well.'

'I did not llike the room, I was assigned , it was very in the back behind a container, the room smelled dusty and had an order. Although I paid for the room I refused to enter and asked for returned of my money. I was very unhappy with that hotel.'

'The place was as advertised very clean , and Mike was a great host, very knowledgeable and great communicator throughout the whole experience.'

'Check in was easy. We got a code for the front door about an hour before check in. The place was clean and everything was really nice. The people who live in the complex were very friendly. The complex was not wheelchair friendly. Bring a couple of portable ramps if you have someone with mobility needs to get onto sidewalks and to the pool. There is a boat ramp but the docks are not usable yet and there isn’t a good place to tie up near the condo to eat, take a break, or use the restroom....

'My husband, son and I booked a relatively last-minute weekend trip. Gabriel was great, and fast about answering my questions. The unit was easy to find and gain entry to. It is very clean, quiet, and accessible to the water; a very short walk to the on-prem docks and the covered porch is very nice. We had an enjoyable stay and liked the area.'

'Everything was good'

'The beds were dirty. There was no toilet paper nor paper towels besides what was left over from last stay. I had to sweep the floor as soon as we got there. The place was nice and cozy but the cleaning service needs to be better!'

'Enjoyed our time there. On a beautiful cove of the lake.'
