'the area was very nice pool was lovely and the beach of course was beautiful. staff was hot and cold some very nice and some couldn't be bothered. very up and down. the hotel ran out of pool towels toward end of week so they just closed towel hut and oh well no towels for guests. lots of sand on floor of the rooms but I quess that can't be helped at beach. the staff who cleaned and prepped the rooms were very helpful. clientele at this hotel were a bit redneck.'

'Room was nice, pool was nice but got shut down our last day. Food service was untimely in the restaurant and service was not the best. Managers were very attentive via text. Beach was nice.'

'It was nice to have a balcony on the beach, liked the lazy river pool, enjoyed that they offer breakfast. We requested bedding for fold out couch and got it quickly. Enjoyed our stay.'

'We stayed at the Paradise Inn for an overnight trip in Pensacola. Let’s just say I’m glad we were only staying one night… The room itself was clean, but the facilities are very old and cheap. You get a tiny room with NO seating besides the bed. Each room has a couple of chairs and an ash tray outside the room. There are very old looking window AC units for all the rooms that give the whole place a cheap feel. Our shower curtain was stained with something that looked like black grease or paint...
