Designed by a professional interior designer, this exquisite home is filled with striking art, curated antiques, and upscale finishes that blend seamlessly with the natural beauty surrounding the property.

Featuring three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this residence in the idyllic area of Pt. Washington offers comfort, elegance, and tranquility. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the spacious screened-in porch and gather around the firepit under the stars, all with breathtaking views across the marsh.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby boat launch —perfect for putting in your boat, kayak, or paddleboard to explore the bay. There also are a number of trails part of Pt Washington State Forest for hiking and biking. And when you're ready for the beach, iconic Grayton Beach is just a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute e-bike ride away. Public parking is available and hop on the free shuttle to downtown historic Grayton, where you'll find the access to the beach and a lively mix of local boutiques, art galleries, and some of the area's best dining—including the beloved Red Bar.

The Black Lotus encompasses the entire downstairs level of the home, with its own private entrance and complete separation from the upstairs. The homeowner may occasionally be in residence above, but your experience will remain entirely private and exclusive. This home is also available for select events, offering an intimate and unforgettable setting for celebrations. All events are exclusively coordinated through CC Boone Styled and require prior approval from the homeowner. Beach Access:
Grayton Beach is the closest beach access and is only 4 miles from the home, approximately an 8-10 minute drive. The public access is located at the dead end of Defuniak Street. Public parking and free shuttle service is available on Co Rd 283 across from Hurricanes Oyster Bar. Parking is very limited in Grayton and the shuttle service is highly recommended. Grayton is where you can find tons of great shopping and dining options. There is a beach vendor at this location, so you can reserve professional beach chair setups on the beach, or you can bring your own beach gear.

Golf Carts & Electric Bikes:
Golf carts are not permitted at this property. It is illegal to operate golf carts on the roads surrounding the home or en route to 30A, as the speed limits in these areas exceed the legal limit for golf cart use. For your safety and in compliance with local laws, we kindly ask that you do not bring or rent a golf cart during your stay.
As a great alternative, guests are welcome to rent electric bikes, which can be delivered directly to the home. There is also a convenient e-bike rental shop located in Grayton Beach near Hurricane Oyster Bar.

Parking:
The Black Lotus has on street public parking for two cars or 1 car with a boat trailer.

Events:
This home is also available for select events, offering an intimate and unforgettable setting for celebrations. All events are exclusively coordinated through CC Boone Styled and require prior approval from the homeowner. Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
