My husband and I stayed for five weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed the home! Cassine Gardens is a beautiful little gem of a neighborhood. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place for you! Easy access to the beach and surrounding shops/restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Pickleball (on the tennis courts). Pool. There is a trail but it was a little tricky walking on it as there were a lot of cypress roots sticking out of the ground! The house was stocked with everything which we appreciated. The only suggestion would be with both king beds. The bed frames are chunky and only had the mattress and no box spring. So the beds sit lower than normal. We would absolutely stay again!

Vacation was awesome, the house fit 7 of us with room to spare. You don't have the ocean view from this house but it was literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. Several places to eat close to the house. They had bikes and the kids used them every night. A lot of amenities and shopping close to where we were at. would highly recommend.

4th of July getaway

Enough beds and space for me party members . Recommendations: more towels bath and dish towels , spray for insects(spiders ) , need better temperature control and not alternating up and down . It’s too hot for 78 degrees. Outside Waterhouse could use a roll up wheel it’s all kinked and hard to use . These are recommendations. Overall the teen girls enjoyed themselves.

This property is a great spot! My kids rode bikes around the little neighborhood circle. 2 pools to choose from, tennis, pickleball- and you’re a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location and a charming home. We loved it.

This property was perfectly located a very short walk to the beach and had everything you could need for all of the amenities that were offered with the property rental. From pickleball and tennis equipment to beach toys or bikes

Overall great

Overall it was a great place to stay. House was better stocked than most we’ve rented. There’s bikes, toys, sand chairs, umbrellas, pickle ball equipment. Seems bigger than what’s listed on vrbo. The walk to the beach is longer than 5 minutes but still not too bad. It’s in a great location for good restaurants and just a short distance from Seaside. If I had to list some negatives
one would be there was not toilet paper in the house when we got there. Not even a setup- nothing and the thermostat has about a million schedules set so at night it would go up to 79 and also in the middle of the day while we were at the beach. They told us they were sending someone out to look at it, but they didn’t. Over 24 hours after I called they called back but by then we had already figured out how to clear the schedules. The front porch, chairs and cushions could use some cleaning and paint. Overall great for the price but probably won’t choose this rental again.

Start of a family tradition

This is our 2nd time staying at the Claire 'n Bea. It was once again a lovely vacation. We did miss the personal touch from when the property owner managed the rental, but RealJoy did a fine job. This property has all you need for your beach stay. A short walk to the sandy beach, a bike ride to a restaurant and plenty of shops all close by. The house was clean abd the beds were comfortable. We love this place and will stay again.

Summer Vacay

Nice VRBO to stay in. The beach access is a public access so you are sharing the beach on a small area of beach. If you want to be in the front of all the other chairs and tents, you will have to go down very early in the morning before 7. Otherwise, you may not get a very good spot. Be on the lookout for all the people on bikes. Very crowded this time of year. The house itself is wonderful and had everything we needed. Many beach chairs are at the beachhouse but they are all the low chairs so if you're up in years as I am, you may want to bring yourself a taller chair. lol We had a wonderful time!

Amazing Beach Vacation Home

This gorgeous beach home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and includes all the necessities...plus more! Baby's first vacation

My wife, 10 month old, and I booked this house with the grandparents. We wanted to spend our baby's first vacation in a relaxing location. This placed delivered. The house was fully stocked of anything you could need, it was a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants a d dessert options were also within walking distance, and the neighborhood was great! Seagrove/Santa Rosa Beach is so much better than the heavily trafficked areas of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We will stay here and you should too!

Great house/neighborhood in walking distance to beach

Mr Howard, the homeowner, is very quick to reply to all questions before and during our stay. The house set up was perfect for our group; my husband and I, my parents, and 5 teenage girls!! Loved the bunkroom (4 twins) with 2 additional bunks in the hallway upstairs outside of the bunk room. Two additional rooms with kings. Another perk was the additional vanity outside of the full bathroom in the upstairs area so all of the teenage girls could get ready!! The homeowners have 10 bikes, a beach cart, several umbrellas, lots of beach chairs, and sand toys if needed. 2 pools and 2 tennis/pickle ball courts in the neighborhood. The house has 2 charcoal grills. It was an easy 5-8 minute walk thru the neighborhood and across the street to the SeaGrove Beach Public access. Also walking distance to Mexican restaurant, Brozinni’s pizza, ice cream shop, donut shop, and trading post. 2 mile Bike ride to Seaside. This area of SeaGrove Beach area is much less crowded than Seaside. We had a wonderful trip!!

Great House and Location

The whole family enjoyed the stay and everything was just as promised. The location is ideal as it is quite but in easy and short walking to distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The space easily accommodated our family with room to spare and it was truly turn key with everything we needed being provided. Awesome Place to Stay!

This was a great location! The house was just like the pictures, great sitting areas on the front and back porches, nice back yard, 5 minute walk to the beach!!! Great neighborhood, very quiet and lots of families. Great living room for watching movies, we cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was great. We used the bikes, and beach chairs. Most importantly, we would stay here again. Howard responded quickly to the two text messages I sent, and made check-in and check-out easy!

We had a great experience! The location is fantastic and my family had everything that we needed. The only minor thing is that Wi-Fi was a little spotty on a few rainy dates, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful beach cottage

Great location in Sea Grove! Pickle ball courts and pool just steps away, and enough bikes for all 5 of us! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely use this gem again!
