RELAX, RENEW, REJUVENATE!

The vision of WaterColors Southern origins, the respect for the existing natural features and the intimate small-town planning is what you will see while vacationing in WaterColor.

The two-story house is tastefully and comfortably decorated and gives you the sense of being 'at home' the moment you walk through the front door. The two king-bed master suites upstairs each open onto their own large balcony for complete privacy. A third bedroom with a queen bed on the first gives enough sleeping space for the kids or a third couple. Each bedroom has a private bath. While sitting on the front porch you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while overlooking a park.
A short walk to the neighborhood pool or a 15 minute walk to the beach and enough activities for all ages keeps everyone happy. Walk to the town center for dining and entertainment or drive to any one of many world-class restaurants located on Scenic 30-A.
We provide passes to all pools and Camp Watercolor and the 5-star private beach club. We also provide 4 adult-size bikes and if you have a need for child-size bikes, we work with a company that can provide the appropriate bikes and/or equipment.
There is a 6 passenger electric cart available at an additional daily rate.
The house is well supplied for your stay with beach towels, chairs, toys, and just about anything to call our home YOUR home!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The location next to the frog pool made for easy quick trips to the pool for the kiddos. Was a very quiet and relaxing part of the neighborhood. We would very much recommend!

Another great stay!

This was our second time at this house. Love the quiet location near the frog pool and Camp Watercolor. Itโ€™s great having the bikes but we rented the electric cart this time which was fun especially going to the Beach Club. Communication with Pam was great once again.

Sweat, stress and hassle

Was told the morning after check-in that upstairs AC was broken & would be fixed halfway through trip. Later owner told us it broke the week prior. We were not told about it before check-in so we could find another spot. Owner said we would discuss compensation later, which never happened. Upstairs has 2 of 3 bedrooms. Average temperature without air was 78 upstairs, reaching 81. The fan in master stuck on low. Bugs came in because upstairs windows donโ€™t all have screens. On the 4th day, the owner finally sent over 2 fans, after I couldnโ€™t find them at the store. It was 4 miserable, sweaty, sleep-deprived nights. The owner told us to sleep downstairs, but there is nowhere for 5 people to sleep. Our teenager was in the bedroom, & couch doesnโ€™t pull out. Owner, while responsive, repeatedly commented, "it is comfortable outsideโ€ down playing the upstairs high temp. I called VRBO, but they werenโ€™t able to find us a location to move to. The modem was broken, so couldnโ€™t work remotely. Didnโ€™t get replaced til mid-trip & we had to wait for the tech to fix it since they donโ€™t have a property manager. The owner offered to let us check out 2 hours late, maybe this equals time lost. I had to followup with the owner about the compensation mentioned previously for the broken AC & modem, and was ignored & refunded part of the cleaning fee. We didnโ€™t get what we paid full price for (a fully functioning property) & the owner conveniently hid the broken amenities before check-in.

One of the best we've stayed at.

We have been staying at Watercolor for years now, and this is one of the best houses we've had. If you want a nice quiet stay at Watercolor/Seaside this is the place. The house is tucked way in the back of the community next to the state park which makes it a great spot at night. We had our kids 12 and 9 with us, and being located so closely to the Frog pool was amazing. Literally steps away. Having access to all of Watercolor's amazing facilities is also a great bonus. The house has a great layout; large kitchen and dining area. The two rooms upstairs are full primaries with great decks to relax on. Great communication with the owners, and the golf cart really comes in handy. Small note, really small note; new seating in the sitting area would be a nice, but you'll hardly notice.

Great stay in Watercolor. The home was as described, and really liked the location near the frog pool. It was great not to have to bring our own bikes and have the option to rent the golf cart. We walked or biked to Camp Watercolor and biked to beach and beach club. Communication with Pam was very easy. Would stay there again.
