Oasis Beach Haus is a spacious, beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal home located in the highly sought-after Prominence community on scenic Highway 30A.

Whether you’re spending your mornings sipping coffee on the covered balcony, afternoons at one of the resort-style pools, cruising 30A by golf cart or bicycle, or enjoying dinner and live music at The Big Chill, Oasis puts you right in the middle of the 30A experience.

Oasis Beach Haus offers an open, airy layout designed for families and groups traveling together.

The ground level includes the private entrance, interior staircase and spacious garage.

Upstairs, you’ll find the home’s main living space, including the kitchen, dining and living areas, all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, laundry area and covered balcony.

Having the bedrooms and living spaces together on the main level makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having their own private space.

Oasis offers guests the option to add our 6-seat golf cart and bicycles to their stay, subject to availability and an additional rental fee.

They’re perfect for exploring Prominence, visiting nearby attractions and cruising along 30A.

Golf-cart use is subject to local laws and community restrictions. Drivers must meet all eligibility requirements, including having a valid driver’s license and insurance, and guests renting the golf cart and/or bicycles must complete the applicable rental agreement before use.

Golf carts are not permitted at every beach access or in every 30A community, so please ask us if you’re unsure about a particular destination.

⭐ NEARBY BEACH ACCESS

Deer Lake State Park is approximately 0.6 mile west of Prominence and is one of our favorite nearby beach options.

The beautiful boardwalk crosses protected coastal dunes before reaching 30A’s famous white-sand beach and turquoise Gulf waters.

Oasis Beach Haus welcomes one approved small/medium pet with an additional pet fee.

To protect the home and keep it comfortable for future guests, additional pet rules apply and will be provided with your reservation.

Oasis Beach Haus has a sister property — Rhema Beach Haus — located nearby within the same Prominence community.

The homes share access to the same wonderful community amenities while allowing extended families, multiple couples or two families traveling together to stay close without everyone having to stay under one roof.

Together, the two homes can accommodate up to approximately 16 guests.

Message us before booking if you’re interested in reserving both properties, and we’ll be happy to check availability.


Guests will have private access to Oasis Beach Haus, including the home’s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, covered balcony, laundry facilities and designated garage/parking areas.

You’ll also have access to Prominence’s shared resort-style pools and community amenities during operating hours and subject to HOA/community rules.

Golf cart and bicycle access is optional and not included automatically with the home reservation. Please contact us for availability and pricing.


We want you to know exactly what to expect before arriving.

📄 Guests will be asked to complete our rental agreement prior to check-in.

🚙 Guests choosing to rent the golf cart will complete an additional golf-cart rental agreement. Approved drivers must meet all licensing and insurance requirements and follow local laws and community rules. Seat belts must be worn.

🐾 One approved pet is permitted with the applicable non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

🚭 Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in an additional $500 cleaning charge and other remedies permitted under the rental agreement.

👶 Please note that the home is not childproofed. [I would update the crib language here based on whether the portable crib you purchased will be kept at Oasis.]

One thing I would change before you paste this into Airbnb: your flyer currently says 4 adult bikes, but you told me Oasis will have 6 bicycles, so everywhere should now consistently say 6 bikes. I also deliberately described the balcony as overlooking peaceful green space because the balcony photos you showed me support that—the wooded/pine-straw view you showed earlier was a different side of Oasis.
