Designed to blend Seaside’s timeless coastal charm with fresh, modern luxury, every detail has been thoughtfully planned for comfort and style.

The renovation includes an expanded layout with a raised roofline that enhances the open, airy feel and a new rear addition featuring a light-filled dining room surrounded by windows overlooking the landscaped yard. The completely new chef’s kitchen will showcase custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, counter-height bar seating, and premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances.

The home’s iconic screened front porch remains a beloved feature—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails—with a sofa, club chairs, coffee table, and twin hanging bed.
