The Space:

Blue Mountain View is a gorgeous three-story home with four bedrooms and four baths, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. From the open-concept floor plan and cozy furnishings to the floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the natural surroundings, every detail invites you to relax and unwind. Indoor and outdoor spaces merge in purposefully designed areas made for hosting a crowd.



Prepare snacks and meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining table seats everyone with extra seating nearby. Gather on comfy sofas in the living room for a movie night, then retire to the grand master bedroom with a king-sized bed or one of two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with a double bunk, two twin bunks, and a flat-screen TV. A conveniently located washer and dryer keeps everyone ready for the next day's adventures.



Outside is where this home truly shines! Take a dip in the private pool and soak up the sun in lounge chairs on the deck. Relax in the shaded outdoor nook with a couch and flat-screen TV, grill the day's catch, and dine poolside. Then head up to the rooftop top deck to catch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the best vantage point in the neighborhood. With multiple decks throughout the home, enjoy the views together or find your own quiet corner. And with 4 bikes provided, exploring 30A and the Timpoochee Trail has never been easier!



Guest Access:

Private entrance with easy, secure self check-in; access details are provided ahead of your arrival. One half of the garage is available for guest use to store your beach gear, bikes, and more, while the other half is locked and reserved for owner use. Free parking is available on the premises. An OK2Charge EV charger is also on site — you'll receive an activation email before your stay, or simply scan the QR code on the charger when you arrive.

Blue Mountain View sits on a quiet street in the sought-after Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood along scenic 30A, just steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach access at the end of the block. Take an evening stroll along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, then grab a bite at Blue Mable Smokehouse and Provisions followed by homemade ice cream at the Blue Mountain Creamery. The charming communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach are just a short drive away, offering iconic dining, shopping, and endless coastal fun.



Getting Around:

This location is perfect for walking and biking! We provide 4 bikes for guests to explore the 17-mile Timpoochee Trail and the surrounding 30A area. The beach is just a one-minute walk down a quiet street, and restaurants, coffee shops, and stores are all close by. Seaside is a quick 10-minute car ride or an easy ride along the well-paved bike trail.



Other Things to Note:

A few things to know before you arrive: This home comes with a private pool. Pool heating requests must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional fee. One half of the garage is available for guest use; the other half is locked and reserved for owner storage. No parties, events, bachelor, or bachelorette groups. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the duration of the stay. No smoking. No pets. Violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
