ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Bedroom 1 has a full over full-size bunk bed and a twin bed w/trundle. The room has a closet, a tall dresser, and a 32” inch flat screen TV with an attached bathroom
* Bedroom 2 has a King Size bed with a foam mattress, closet, tall dresser, and a 50” flat screen TV with attached and recently remodeled bathroom
* The Living Room has a 55” flat screen TV, Couch, and additional chairs
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people, and we have additional seating at the bar.

BUNGALOW 2
ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Bedroom 1: Queen bed (memory foam) + Twin/Twin bunk bed with trundle, dresser, and 43” TV
* Bedroom 2: King bed (foam mattress) with storage drawer, large dresser, and 55” flat-screen TV
* Living Room: 55” flat-screen TV, DVD player, and comfy leather sofa set
*Dining Area: Seats up to 6, with extra bar seating

Nearest Beach Access Options
1. Bridge Beach Access (Closest – ~7 min walk)
Take a short walk down quiet Somerset Bridge Road, cross 30A at the end of the bridge, and you’re at the beach. Once on the sand, walk about 200 feet to the left to reach the public beach area.

2. NEW Seagrove Regional Beach Access (Walk or Drive – Best Amenities)
Head down Somerset Bridge Road, cross 30A toward Café 30 (facing the beach), then turn left and continue about 300 feet.
This access offers:
• Parking (first come, first served)
• Restrooms
• Easy boardwalk access to the beach

3. Santa Clara Beach Access (Walk or Drive – ~0.25 miles)
A slightly longer option—great for driving, especially with kids or beach gear. Head down Somerset Bridge Road, turn right at 30A, and continue about 0.25 miles to Santa Clara Street.
This access also includes parking.

*During your stay, you’ll have full access to two community pools and a relaxing hot tub available during designated operational hours.
