'We had a wonderful stopover in Chiusi, a nice little village, 2 hours from Rome. The room was beautiful, spotless clean. The owner recommended a very good restaurant. The car could be parked on the premises. Breakfast was excellent, everything was homemade.'

'Ho scelto l'albergo essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Le recensioni degli altri, lette nel dovuto modo, sono state utili per la scelta. L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. 'We had a very, very nice stay. A big room and bathroom. A good dinner with a perfect wine. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our week in Italy. The owner is very dedicated to give good service. The big pool looks nice, but it is October so we took a walk into Citta` della Pieve instead.'

'Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. '

'De accommodatie biedt veel service, waaronder het huren van fietsen, lunch en diner. Niet te vergeten het zwembad om lekker in af te koelen. Het licht wel een stuk rijden van Montepulciano vandaan, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Mooi uitzicht over de omgeving. '

'Prachtig gelegen in de Toscaanse heuvels, zeer sfeervol hotel met aandacht voor de ambiance, binnen en buiten, met service gericht personeel, rustige (en weinig) andere hotelgasten, relaxte sfeer, heerlijk eten, keuze uit 2 restaurants (een goedkopere en duurdere variant), 3 zwembaden om verkoeling te zoeken. Er is een welness-centrum , maar daar werd niet-nauwelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Nadeel: vanuit het hotel kun je diverse uitstapjes maken, echter, het is al snel een uur of meer rijden...

'We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! '
