By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if any issue arises, please let us know before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and is only allowed on terraces. Failure to comply will result in a fine of COP 250,000. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and remain throughout the stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations will follow the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet will not be grounds for refunds, as these are external factors beyond our management and typical of a developing city. However, we will do our best to coordinate with providers and restore services as quickly as possible.
