Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner.

We had a fabulous stay! The front staff went above. We had a wonderful dinner reservation made by the front desk and they even arranged a car to take us. The morning of check out a cab was unavailable so they personally took us to the train station. Amazing customer service will definitely be staying here again if we’re back in the area.

We had an amazing three nights at the GHM. The staff were ever so helpful and welcoming the breakfast was divine. The massage at the wellness center with Jessica was heaven. I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. I will be going back !!❤️
