Ca Na Ines - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

DESCRIPTION: The holiday cottage Ca Na Ines is located in a quiet area between Son Serra de Marina and Colonia San Pere. The property consists of a main house with annex, which houses a studio, equipped with two single beds, air conditioning, a corner with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower. In the house itself, there is a living-dining room, free wifi gratis, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. There is also a separate laundry room. Both before and behind the house, there is a covered terrace. In the garden ist a 8x3, 5m large swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and with sun loungers. Here you find the barbecue as well, close to the terrace.

Before you leave the airport: Please call 0034 - 664 669 353 to notify that you are on your way. We then know that you are at the villa in approx. 50 minutes.

HOW TO GET TO „Ca Na Ines“ (GPS 39.711534, 3.226668)

NOTE: several navigation system will not locate the house or you will not be led
there correctly

This may be not the quickest way but it is the easiest way to get there


1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)

2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).

3. Exit to Inca / Port d'Alcudia
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. (Photo left).
From here you follow the motorway until it ends (approx.39km). You are driving on the Ma-13

4. End of motorway
The highway ends at the height of SA POBLA. Take the exit to SA POBLA/POLLENSA, from now on continue in direction MURO until you reach this village, at the roundabout take the first exit, at the next roundabout take the second exit (Ma-3420)

5. Through Sa Pobla
From SA POBLA follow direction MURO.
Roundabout 1: 3rd exit (turn left)
Roundabout 2. 2nd exit (straight ahead)
Roundabout 3. 2nd exit (straight ahead)
Roundabout 4. 3rd exit (turn left)
You now drive on the Ma-3430 at follow this road for 3,5km until the next roundabout

6. Pass CAN PICAFORT
At the roundabout in MURO you take the 2nd exit. You now follow the Ma-3431 until the roundabout in CAN PICAFORT. Take the second exit, and directly at the next raounabout the first exit. Follow the main road straight ahead at all roundabouts in direction ARTA until you leave CAN PICAFORT. You now drive on the Ma-12 which you follow about 8,5km

7. To the villa
You drive pass a little church. Just at the beginning of a long curve to the right, a small dead end road goes to the left (Cami de Can Manera). Drive into this road for approx. 600m. You see your villa on the left hand side
