This beautifully appointed one private bedroom, one luxury bath home is 1200 square feet with excellent natural light throughout the day. The floor plan is an open concept allowing for a gracious flow and easy living. The kitchen is a cook’s delight with high-end appliances, thoughtfully designed cabinetry, and granite countertops throughout.

From the over-sized French doors, you can step out onto the charming brick patio. There is a rose garden and the yard is enclosed by lilac bushes that surround the perimeter. This is a lovely spot to watch the sunrise or set, or simply take in the clean mountain air and views.

The owners, Michael Schriber and Christina Alfieri live next door and can be as helpful as you like in suggesting day trips and things to see and do in Santa Fe. They know the area exceptionally well, have a great love for the outdoors, especially mountain biking, and also own and operate a boutique travel business sending guests to Africa. With this combined knowledge and expertise Mike and Christina can add an unparalleled personal touch to your stay.
