Our team of professional cleaners will be sanitizing with the cleaning solution that is listed below.
This solution is also being used in Hotels, cruise ships and other commercial settings
We of course always have a cleaning team that does superlative work after each guest leaves, spending the better part of a day cleaning the home and making ready for our next guests. With this new health issue before us, we assure you that we are taking extra time to be sure we disinfect each part of every surface, every light switch, every door knob, counter top, remote, and all other surfaces that may harbor any type of pathogens.
ALL BED LINENS WILL BE OUTSOURCED TO A COMMERCIAL FACILITY

CLEANING SOLUTION:

This type of concentrated solution has shown to be as effective at sanitizing and disinfecting as bleach but without the harsh elements. The grand room has warm travertine tile with accent rugs, one of a kind furnishings, and eclectic artwork. Central to the living area is the traditional kiva fireplace with windows looking out to the Sangre De Cristo mountains. The fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances with a beautiful granite island with four stools that opens onto the dining area. The dining table is hand crafted with wood and metal along with six chairs. The covered portal has a natural gas grill is located just off of the open concept kitchen/dining room.
The majestic views can be seen and experienced out the side door and up the easy to climb steps. This inviting and meditative space is captivating with endless bird watching.
The master suite is furnished with a romantic wrought iron king bed, draped fabric and a working kiva fireplace. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in stone tiled shower with a bench, a separate jetted tub and oversized closet. Just off of the bedroom is a lovely covered patio that can be accessed through the French doors.
The bright and cheery guest bedroom has a large rustic wood framed king bed along with a desk and sitting area. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower/tub with artisan tile work.
Much beauty abounds this spacious home both inside and out.
