'The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again.'

'Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! '

'Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. '

'I stayed at this B&B with my partner during a dive trip to Santa Cruz. Would highly recommend. We had a beautiful and comfortable room, always clean and a great location in town. We left every morning by 6:30am so can’t comment on the breakfast, but the water jug was always full and cold! We would stay here again. '
