'Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. On one of the tours she was our guide. That was so helpful.'

'Pictures are accurate and the location is central to everything in Puerto Ayora. The best part of staying here for our group of four, though, by far was the host Donna. She has lived in Galapagos for a long time and knows all the establishments in Puerto Ayora very well - we were very happy with her Scuba Diving and restaurant recommendations. During our trip, we ran into some difficulty that required us to navigate the local bureaucracy, and Donna was there every step of the way to assist us...

'Great lodging with effective space for multiple groups of travelers. Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly.'

'Perfect start to finish. Very clean! Drinking water provided. The host helped us with a small hiccup regarding our transfer so we were able to catch the ferry to San Cristóbal with no problem. Highly recommend!'

'It can be a little intimidating coming to a new country so it was a relief that our hosts were bilingual and extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We were in the Galápagos for 10 days and had done no pre planning. No worries there because Donna got right to work setting up wonderful excursions to remote islands and even had snorkeling gear to lone to us. We walked everywhere but could have gotten one of the plentiful taxis for only $1.50 per ride. The food in Santa Cruz...

"Het hotel is in maart 2025 geopend. Staat is uitstekend, alleen is er nog geen ontbijt bij het hotel mogelijk (wordt nog verbouwd) maar het ontbijt wordt aangeboden bij een hostel vlakbij (kwaliteit van ontbijt is beperkt). Personeel is jong en vriendelijk. Zwembad en jacuzzi zijn fijn, maar het zwembad is niet verwarmd (en dus fris). Maken een gezellig kampvuur als je daarom vraagt en kunnen ook diner opties organiseren voor in het hotel. Wij hebben heel er genoten van ons verblijf. "
