This 100 m² apartment features a 300 m² garden and is located on the lower floor of a four-story house. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The property offers a chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all set in the garden, including the kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Barbecue is not available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



There is a bedroom at garden level with a small bathroom and shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is a larger bedroom with a bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.



Free street parking is available in a quiet, low-traffic area. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. The property has guidelines for proper waste separation; more information is provided on-site. The accommodation features energy and water-saving measures.
