'Such a nice hotel. On a square with beautifull flowers. Fantastic avant garde interior Faboulius kitchen for fish & local dishes '

'Geweldig hotel, prachtig zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt. Aanrader'

'Very nice hotel. Large rooms. One point for improvement: change the coffee machines in the breakfast-room for ones which supply real coffee instead of (bad) instant taste. '

'Super fijne ontvangst. Gewoon geweldig! '

'Keurig, net en modern hotel'

'Very nice room and breakfast!'

'Great buffet and a few minutes to the city or central to the highways. A stunning place!'

'Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam petsoneel. Mooie, moderne kamer. Erg schoon. Ontbijt was prima.'

'The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good and convenient. The only small downside is the breakfast. There could be more variety, and the bread could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the service.'

'We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

'Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
