'The suite was very nicely appointed, spacious and inviting, a broken slider screen door though and the niehborhood was a little noisy late at night. Complimentary breakfast was prepared fresh for us, our choice and delicious! Staff very helpful and friendly'

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Flowers and plants are gorgeous (great gardeners). There was an issue with the bill checking out (charged twice), which they rectified. Unfortunately, they have put a second charge through without any explanation or communication. This is very disappointing.'
