The living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs, and all cooking essentials. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The panoramic terrace is ideal for enjoying the stunning view, relaxing in the sun with an aperitif, or having breakfast with a breathtaking landscape.

Guests have full access to the entire attic, including the panoramic terrace. Private parking is available for those arriving by car. The property has internet access and air conditioning in every room for maximum comfort year-round.

The attic is in a strategic location, about 15 minutes on foot from the main beaches, bars, and restaurants. Recently renovated, it features wooden finishes and a white wooden ceiling that gives a cosy and welcoming touch.
