Country House 'Calma' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Finca Calma was newly built in 2007 and is situated in a beautiful and quiet location between Arta and St. Llorenc in the east of Mallorca.



The finca impresses with its stylish modern architecture and the fantastic panoramic view of a beautiful mountain landscape. The house exudes a quiet, relaxed feel-good atmosphere. The fine sandy beaches of Cala Millor or Son Serra de Marina are only about 10 minutes away by car.



The high-quality interior design shows attention to detail and is perfectly matched to the house. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed or 2 single beds and 2 modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite, in a living space of 150 m². The large living room is not cluttered with frills, but exudes a cozy, modern atmosphere. Dining takes place in the dining room, which is located between the kitchen and living room and offers direct access to the rear terrace. The kitchen is also very high quality and fully equipped. There are several beautifully furnished and partly covered terraces to the front and rear.



To the side of the large pool with comfortable entrance steps is the plated pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. On the other sides, the pool is surrounded by a well-tended lawn garden. The garden blooms in all colors and there are fruit trees on the huge grounds, whose fruit you are welcome to enjoy.



The entire property is completely fenced in and cannot be seen from the outside, so you will be amazed by the fine panoramic views around the property and take a walk through the grounds, because here you will find pure nature in its most beautiful form.
