Villa Evie is a stunning property set in lush private grounds offer countryside views. Furnished to a high standard throughout the house is an ideal holiday home for families and friends alike. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, relaxing on one of the many terrace areas or if there are children using the play area. Amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and beaches are only a short distance away.

Inside the Villa
Lounge area – large dining room/lounge with l shaped sofa, Satellite Tv and Dvd player (selection of Dvd's for all ages), pioneer sound system with various speakers located throughout the house. From the lounge, you have patio doors to the pool area and gardens.

Kitchen – Equipped with everything you need for a combatable stay including dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet and more.

Utility Room – Washing machine, dryer and another fridge/freezer if needed.

Four of the bedrooms lead from a hacienda style courtyard complete with water feature.

Master suite – Kingsize bed, tv and patio doors to private terrace. The master en-suite has a walk-in wardrobe leading to the bathroom where you can find jacuzzi bath and shower
Bedroom 2 and 3 are double rooms with built in wardrobes, tv and patio doors leading to terrace
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with built in wardrobes, tv and patio doors leading to private terrace
Bedroom 5 is a double room with built in wardrobes.

The house has 3 bath/shower rooms – the largest in the master suite with the other two located close by to the bedrooms

There are no steps inside the house which makes it ideal for children, elderly and in the past we have had wheelchair users stay.

Outside Area
The house is set in large private and fenced grounds with intercom system for entry. The inviting L-shaped pool has comfy loungers for all and there is a Bbq area for Alfesco dining. All around the house there are several terraces and seating areas where you can enjoy the sun or shade if it gets too hot.

The enclosed children’s play area has a swing, slide and climbing frame.
The gardens are well maintained and include palm, olive and various fruit trees.
There is private parking for several cars
Set all on one level it is ideal for families with small children who like to explore.

Villa Surroundings
Villa Evie is set in 2000msq of private landscaped gardens offer total peace and tranquillity for those looking to get away from it all. Although set in the countryside the villa benefits from being only 5 minutes drive from San Antonio where you can find an abundance of amenities such as cafes, bars, supermarkets and dazzling nightlife.

Within 15 Mins walk you will find the traditional Spanish bar / café “Can Ramonet” which is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a coffee or beer and sample the tapas or great value menus of the day. One of the best restaurants in Ibiza “Sa Capella” is also 5 min’s drive away.

Villa Evie is ideal whether it be a relax and unwind holiday with total peace and quiet or for those looking to enjoy the nightlife San Antonio and Ibiza has to offer.
