Our cozy apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished.
In every season there are many recreational opportunities for all ages in the immediate vicinity (hiking, cycling, winter sports, climbing forest, summer toboggan run, Waldwipfel path, spa Sankt Englmar and many more).

Our "refuge" is located in a hotel complex in the health resort of St. Englmar. Indoor swimming pool incl. Children's pool, infrared cabin, sauna, fitness room, outdoor pool with slide, children's playground u. Table tennis can be used free of charge. Against fee also mini golf as well as Family World (large indoor playground) or soccer hall. So even in bad weather, no boredom.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for self-sufficiency: kitchenette incl. Dishes, with refrigerator, small oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle etc.). As well as satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and stereo. It is equipped with a cozy dining area, comfortable double bed and a bunk bed for children. The children's sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. In the bathroom, of course, a hair dryer and towels are available. In addition to the wardrobe, the generous wardrobe area offers additional storage space for clothes, shoes or ski equipment. Washer and dryer are available in the resort for a fee.

Directly opposite the hotel there is a recommendable restaurant and in the winter months a village shop with café, ski rental and ski school. Directly in the hotel area there is also a bistro. In the center of Sankt Englmar there are various shops. If you do not want to cook yourself, there are several restaurants available.

On the large balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view, eat or just end the day with a glass of wine.

Dogs are always welcome.

If we are not there ourselves, we have a contact person who will contact you at any time if you have any problems or questions.

Check in personally via us or via a key safe in front of the apartment door.

The booking price already includes taxes and visitor's tax. The tax is deducted by us directly to the community, so we need for your stay the exact number and dates of the guests.

For the final cleaning incl. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper u. Tea towels we charge 40 €.
