A Bavarian Getaway: Vacation Apartment in the Bavarian Forest with a Pool

Bavarian Escape: This 33-square-meter, cozy, non-smoking vacation apartment with a balcony (complete with seating) can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is lovingly designed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle. It also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet (including a hair dryer).

In the apartment, you’ll find a clothes rack and a washer-dryer.

You’ll sleep comfortably in the double bed (1.80 m sleeping surface) and on a sleeper sofa (extendable width from 0.75 m to 1.50 m), which can be converted into a bed in no time.

The cozy living room also features a comfortable corner bench with a dining table and two chairs.
The apartment is equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. You’ll also find a few books and board games in our apartment.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge.
From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view—on clear days, you can even see as far as the Alps.

The playground is right nearby and can be seen from the balcony.
The apartment is very centrally located: it’s just a few meters from the apartment to the indoor pool or the table tennis room.

A travel crib is available upon request and for an additional fee.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge.

Pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee.

Please note the closure days for the indoor pool at the resort: 18.11.24 - 20.12.2024.

All other facilities, such as the fitness center and sauna, remain available.

If you’d like to play a round of mini-golf or table tennis, clubs and balls are provided in every apartment, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Tourist taxes/visitor’s tax are payable to the municipality for the vacation rental; these will be billed separately. To this end, you will be asked to provide your information to the municipality for the registration form.

For the check-in process, you will receive guidance via a guest app, including a guestbook where all relevant information for your stay is compiled.

Please note the following fees, which are charged directly by the host:
1) Mandatory: Tourist tax €2.30/adult/night, €1.40/child aged 6 and older/night
2) Optional: Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee (€20 per stay).
3) Optional: A travel crib can be provided upon request and for a fee (€15 per stay)

Both vacation apartments are located in the Predigtstuhl Resort in Sankt Englmar.
The resort grounds are very spacious and spread across several buildings, all of which are connected to one another. From here, you not only have a great view, but you’re also right in the heart of the Sankt Englmar hiking and skiing area.
As our guests, you can use the following amenities at the Predigtstuhl Resort free of charge: Swimming pool with a summer outdoor pool and water slide, sauna area, indoor and outdoor table tennis, mini-golf course, bocce court, outdoor chess, playgrounds, and a bike storage/ski room. Various recreational attractions are within walking distance.
Free parking is available around the resort, along with a charging station for electric cars. If you’re arriving with your own bicycles, you can store them in a room not far from the apartment. In winter, this room also serves as a ski storage room.

Near your accommodation, you’ll find various restaurants, shops, amusement parks, hiking trails, and much more within a short distance.
