Beautiful, old Prättigau chalet in the beautiful Buchen (near Schiers). Garden seating area with barbecue, car shelter. 4 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, large living room with beautiful soapstone stoves. The kitchen and the living area are heated by the wood-burning stove, as in the past. The rooms can be heated with electric stoves. The entrance area has floor heating. Guests also have access to an Arven sauna. Winter sports facilities: Ski area Klosters / Davos can be reached in about 30 minutes. Ski area Grüsch-Danusa can be reached in about 15 minutes. Possibilities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, winter hiking and sledding. Summer sports facilities: The outdoor swimming pool in Pany can be reached in a few minutes by car. Various bike and hiking trails are available.
Bath linen can be obtained for a fee of CHF 10.- per person. Telephone costs will be collected cash on site, depending on use. On request, an additional parking space can be booked in addition to the two parking spaces in winter, CHF 50.- per week. Dogs are allowed, but only in the lower area, not in bedrooms.

Cozy 5.5 - room apartment in Buchen in Prättigau. It has 4 bedrooms; 1 room with double bed (+ 1 baby bed), 2 rooms with two single beds each, 1 room with a single bed (+ 1 folding bed and 1 sofa bed on request). It has a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, spacious refrigerator with icebox, complete set of dishes for 10 people, raclette and fondue accessories, etc.. The cozy living room invites you to linger. TV set is not available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. In front of the house is a cozy sitting area with barbecue, which may be used. In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces available in winter (1 additional parking space can be booked on request, CHF 50.- per week). In summer there are 3 parking spaces available.
