« Great stay. Room was large and clean and full amenities. Staff is extremely freindly and helpful. We stayed about a week and it was perfect for our needs. It is a busy area but we had a quiet room in back away from street noise and there is shopping that is conveniently location next door »

Everyone from the person who opens the Gate, Opens the Door at Security, Front Desk, Cleaning Crews and all of the Staff in the Restaurant on the 9th Floor are a joy - Always Smiling, Always enquiring as to what I need. Unbelievable Customer Service to everyone - A great Testament to the Legacy of the Late Mr. Ratan Tata. Let me try with all the names - Hrithika, Sourabh, Mr. Shah at the front desk, Alia, Sammy, Neha, Sheetal, Anikhet, Gayathri, Pastry Chef gosh I forgot...

« Rooms in ok condition not great. Location for large training and weddings, it’s very noisy, chaotic. »

« Room was OK; staff courteous. However, temperature settings not accurate - either too warm or too cold with room thermostat. No hand towels in bathroom. Towels were off-white - not sure they were cleaned well. Electricity in room was shutoff before we checked out, which was problematic for us. »

« Wifi only works on 1st floor and lobby, rooms are dirty, towels have holes in them, they turn off all electricity when you leave the room, so when you come back it is so hot inside and the fridge is warm. This hotel is just a big scam. Rooms do not look the same as in the photos. »
