All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.

Welcome to Villa Sanibel 1H, a stunning, and fully renovated beach front condo at the highly sought-after Villa Sanibel. Located in building #1, Villa Sanibel is uniquely built and is as close to the beach as you can get. 1H, a second floor unit (sorry, no elevator) with 2 bedrooms + loft sleeping area and 2 full bathrooms, is just 10 steps to the sand from the bottom of the entry stairs. You will be awed by the amazing views of the Gulf as you head out your front door!

As you enter, you will know you have arrived to your beach vacation! The spacious and open concept floor plan is engulfed in natural light and decorated with fun coastal decor. The well-appointed kitchen is open and bright and adjacent to the dining and living areas, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. The dining space is set for 4, but the table is spacious enough to pull in additional chairs. Guests can also dine at the large kitchen bar with 4 seats. If dining al-fresco is your style, you will love the screened in lanai just off the living room. Gather on the comfortable sofas to watch the big game, enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV or just relax after a day on beach.

A luxurious primary suite serves as your private sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and smart TV. Your private lanai is also accessible from this bedroom. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and spacious vanity

Guests will feel right at home in the adorable guest bedroom with 2 cozy twin beds & smart TV. The second bathroom is conveniently located just steps from the guest bedroom and offers a combo tub/shower and extended counter space and storage for your guests. Additional guests can sleep in comfort in 2 twin beds in the loft area accessible by a spiral staircase just off the dining area.

Keeping up with laundry is a breeze with full size washer & dryer in the unit. The owners provide everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys are conveniently located on the lanai in a storage closet. Beach towels are also provided for your use.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Villa Sanibel is a small, 20-unit, quiet complex located on West Gulf Drive with easy access to Sanibel's 25 miles of paved bike trails, just minutes from Ding Darling's Bailey Tract Trail and the always popular Doc Ford's. Complex amenities include gas grills, a community heated pool (currently closed) and a tennis/pickleball court.
