The heated, beachfront, pool is open and located right behind the building. The elevator has been repaired and has reopened.

This non smoking, top floor, home away from home has stunning gulf views. The unit sits slightly behind the beachfront building but, it is about as close to beachfront as you get, without paying beachfront prices. Located at the quiet, west end of the Sundial complex, it is steps to Sanibel's beaches and away from the commotion and crowds of the resort.

The building has an elevator and a wagon for hauling your belongings to the unit and beach.

A full sized, front load, washer and dryer are in the unit.

Wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, across the bedroom and living room, maximize the breathtaking view. The sliders open to a, full width, screened lanai and the, fourth floor, location affords the security to leave the sliders open, to enjoy the sound of the surf and the sea breezes.

The bedroom is walled off from the living room, making it convenient for an extended stay or when sharing the unit. A comfortable, queen, sofa bed, with linens, is available for additional guests.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Towels are provided for bath, kitchen and beach.

The unit is well stocked with everything I could think of that might be needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), tea pot, crock pot and all that you need for cooking and dining.

You will find a 50" smart TV, in the living room, and a 43” smart TV, in the bedroom. Both have cable with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. A small DVD and book library. You will also find games and puzzles provided for your use and a small, take one,/leave one, book library. Free wifi is available.

Two 1-speed bikes and helmets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels and coolers are available, for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE USE OF THE RESORT AMENITIES, such as the resort pool, fitness room and hot tub. If you desire these amenities, you must rent through the resort. They have offered a "Daycation" option that gives access and includes a food/beverage credit to be used that day ONLY. Weekdays are the best deal. Contact the resort directly for more information. The resort bar, tiki bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, market and all resort restaurants are open to the public, so feel free to enjoy them.
