Hurricane Update: When Hurricane Ian hit on September 28, 2022 it devastated the island. Many complexes are still recovering. We welcome you to our corner penthouse beachfront condo with amazing views of the gulf. This walk-up condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps 4. The tall ceilings and beachy décor bring an airy and open feeling to the space.

**Please note: This building does not have an elevator.

The walk to the beach is super convenient via a boardwalk that is right next to the condo. You’ll be digging your toes into the sand in no time!

Shell Island Beach Club is one of the newer complexes on the island with gas grills and walking/biking distance to the lighthouse. And, don’t forget your racquets so you can play a match on our brand-new tennis and pickleball court!

In the condo, we keep beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels to use during your stay.

The newly remodeled kitchen features custom concrete countertops, modern sink with garbage disposal, induction cooktop, and extra cabinet storage. We are fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and Keurig.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, writing desk, an ensuite bathroom, and amazing views of the gulf. The bedroom has a 43" Smart TV with cable, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan. The sliding glass door leads seamlessly out to the lanai. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a serene spa-like feel.

Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, vaulted ceilings, 32" Smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower with sleek white tile.

At the end of a long day, relax on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the 55" TV with cable. Or, enjoy a meal al fresco on the lanai while watching the dolphins in the water. Our favorite feature of this condo is the AMAZING sunrises over the gulf with the historic Sanibel lighthouse in the background.

High season guests: our location on the island is a great spot to be! We have far less traffic than the "west end". If you have any questions we're happy to answer them. Thanks for considering our slice of paradise!
