« The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. « Stayed with a group of 12 to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails. Very short distance to get to the Buffalo trail. Cabins were great! Very clean, spacious, air conditioned, lots of amenities, and beautiful outdoor space. I everything we could have hoped for and more. Anytime I messaged the property manager, I received a reply within minutes. If I could give our stay 10 stars I would! »

« House was just as listed. Plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of room for parking trucks/trailers. Great communication with host, he called a fees days before our trip and explained the best route and everything else we needed to know! »

« Don't hesitate, just book it! Property was great, neighbor was great, location was perfect! From the pull through driveway to the .25 mile trip to either trail 11 or 12, this property is a hit! Inside has been updated nicely, very clean and beds were comfortable. Bring charcoal because the park style grill is great. Fire pit and provided firewood are an added bonus even though we were too tired to use them! Did I mention great location? In one day, we were able to start at the Buffalo...
