Located along the picturesque Sandy River, this peaceful retreat is surrounded by Oregon’s natural beauty. The Marmot area offers a quiet, secluded atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, while being just a short drive to the charming town of Sandy for dining, shopping, and supplies.

You will have access to the entire Lodge. Keyless entry makes coming and going on your daily outings easy. We will send you a unique 4 digit PIN code that will activate at your check-in time.

Step inside this warm and inviting retreat, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. The main floor features a cozy living area with plush seating, perfect for relaxing and connecting with loved ones. Just off the living room, the open-concept kitchen and dining area provide ample space for gatherings, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for culinary adventures.

Main Floor:

Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed.
A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms for easy access.
Upstairs:

Primary Suite: Spacious room with private deck access, a large flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bunk room with two bunk beds—perfect for kids. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious jetted jacuzzi tub.
Outdoor Amenities:
The highlights continue outside, where a large deck with a hot tub awaits. The manicured yard includes a fire pit for cozy evenings, while a short path leads to the Sandy River, ideal for fishing or enjoying the peaceful sights and sounds of nature.

Bunk House Fun:
Gather in the separate bunk house, complete with a huge couch and streaming TV.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome pets with a $50 per pet fee (max 3 pets). Guests must pick up after pets, or a $50 charge will apply for cleanup. Please note pets must not be left unattended at the house, even if crated. Failure to follow pet rules may result in booking cancellation with no refund.

No Surveillance:
For your privacy, this property has no electronic video surveillance.

A car is recommended for getting around and exploring the area. The property has ample parking for guests. Due to the secluded location, rideshare services may be limited, so plan accordingly. In winter, check road conditions, as mountain travel may require traction devices.

When looking for the property you will see a sign post with many addresses one of which is ours. Turn down the gravel road which has many speed bumps and a MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT OF 5 MPH STRICTLY SUPERVISED BY SOME WELL MEANING NEIGHBORS... and as you come to the fork in the road at the end turn left and go all the way to the very end and you will find our place.
