« I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements. « As another review stated, the property is a bit "tired". Kitchen wasn't well equipped for actual cooking and the limited storage/closet space was filled with unused curtains, large unusable buckets, etc. Should all be cleaned out to maximize space/storage. Good communication. Advertising should include that no parking is available (very expensive overage). I was told 2 days before arrival which was no help. »

« The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked.
