Amenez votre famille et venez dĆ©couvrir ce que le Cap a Ć  offrir, et rĆ©servez cette maison de deux chambres avec deux lits pour votre sĆ©jour. Cette maison est plus rĆ©cente, construite Ć  l'automne 2016 et a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien entretenue, et j'aimerais la partager avec vous!

SituĆ© Ć  la sortie 2, il bĆ©nĆ©ficie d'un excellent emplacement car il est pratique non seulement le pont de Sagamore pour une sortie rapide, mais Ć©galement le centre de Sandwich, ainsi que Hyannis. ƀ 5 minutes d'une grande Ć©picerie et de nombreux restaurants servant des plats locaux. Vous avez le bel Ć©tang Spectacle d'eau douce au bout de ma route avec un accĆØs public, ainsi que 10 minutes en voiture de East Sandwich Beach et de Town Neck Beach. La propriĆ©tĆ© est Ć  moins de 20 minutes de Hyannis, ainsi que 20 minutes du pont de Sagamore.

C'est une maison de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec environ 1900 pieds carrĆ©s d'espace de vie. Les deux chambres sont trĆØs grandes avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Le plan d'Ć©tage ouvert sur le plan d'Ć©tage principal comprend un trĆØs grand salon avec un canapĆ©-lit et une cuisine moderne.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, spacious, airy, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Great kitchen. Comfortable living room. Air conditioning was efficient and the house cooled quickly ā€” a welcome reprieve from the July heat! Host was extremely responsive, professional, and organized, and clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! The neighborhood is so lovely, minutes away from town and a nice and easy walk to the lake. It was our daughterā€™s birthday and we played family games in the huge backyard next to a cozy fire pit. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter, granddaughter and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed. It was only 8 minutes from my other daughterā€™s home in Marstons Mills. Wish the weather was a little better, but we still had a great time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great rental. Michael was easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely reach out for future trips down to the Cape.

Nice 2 Bedroom Cottage with easy access to different Cape destinations. Great location if you are heading to concert at Gillette Stadium. Clean with large bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood with roads to walk or run if that is your thing. Host was very accommodating. Good communication. Have fun!!!

The house was well cared for, very clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The local traffic in Sandwich was much lighter than other Cape Cod locations we have stayed making it easy to get round. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. We enjoyed fishing at the pond in the neighborhood. Michael was a great host and kept in touch prior to and during our stay. The trip was the most relaxed weeks I have spent on the Cape. We needed a place to stay near Falmouth for the Road Race and we preferred a house to a hotel. This was close enough to make drop off easy without being in the middle of the choas! We have small children so the yard was great for them to run around in. The house had everything we needed and was clean! We definitely are keeping this house on our travel list as we travel north yearly. Thanks to the host for having such a simple booking and check-in/checkout process and for providing us with great local recommendations as well!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Michaelā€™s beautiful home for four nights. Everything we couldā€™ve needed and more provided for us. Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of four. It was our first visit to the cape and couldnā€™t have picked a better place to stay!

My family was attending a wedding in Plymouth and we chose Michaelā€™s place to stay. As soon as we pulled up, we felt at home. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, outdoor patio, big screen televisions, washer and dryer, and the two bedrooms. It was such a quiet and relaxing place to stay with grocery and restaurants close by. We were in a great location-close to so many things to see and do. My family and I all agreed that we would definitely stay there again!

Michael was a great host, and his home was a great location for our golf trip. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. Communication was excellent. Bummed the weather did t allow us to take advantage of the fire pit but overall had a great stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It still has new car smell. We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tvā€™s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TVā€™s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to usā€¦ā€¦..

Michaelā€™s house is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we werenā€™t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!

I bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son over a long holiday weekend, but I'm not sure it's a great place for little kids.

We enjoyed the time together playing games and hanging out in the family room. The two rooms were extremely spacious! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very clean. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience staying at this house in Sandwich, Mass from mid May to mid July 2023 due to my husband having a work assignment in the Cape! From the moment we stepped in, it was evident how clean and well-maintained the property is. The comfortable ambiance made it feel like a home away from home throughout our entire 2 month stay. The location was perfect for exploring all of the Cape, as it allowed easy access for day trips and various attractions. Having everything from grocery stores to shops and wonderful restaurants just a few minutes' drive away was incredibly convenient. The owner, Michael, was an absolute pleasure to work with and left many great suggestions like where to get the best lobster roll that were spot on. He was friendly, accessible, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling me to work from home without any hassle. Evenings at the house were a highlight, with the beautiful fire pit in the back yard creating a cozy atmosphere for gathering and toasting marshmallows. The full kitchen was well-equipped, making it enjoyable to cook meals during our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Sandwich, Mass whether it be a weekend getaway or an extended stay like ours. It truly made our visit an unforgettable one.
