« Worst experience ever. Arrived at the booking and found no key in the key-box. I contacted the Host and there was no response (i spoke to the Host 1 day before arriving) - sent to voicemail; I was stranded. I rang the apartment buzzer and found someone inside. This person told me they have took over the property from the Host and was unaware of my booking. We were 'invited' up to 'have a look' at the apartment and made to 'decide' whether or not we wanted to stay. After the commotion, the 'new'...

« First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. After we left, the host messaged to say we wouldn’t get the full refund back as the door was unlocked, despite the fact you require a fob to enter the building. They also then suggested items were missing from the apartment such as a chopping board and remote. I told them we had...

« No reception or staff to greet you which was not an issue, I was emailed and messaged clear details of how to enter the property and my room. Car park at the side of the property was available and free to use. Spacious room and en suite. Room had a slight musty smell, difficult to have window open as near a busy room. When shut it is however quiet. Would I book again, yes. »
