This apartment has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Golf del Sur. The location is excellent. Smart lock system is efficient and safe. Very good communication with the owner,and any questions always answered.

The check in and check out process was very clear and communicating with the owner was very quick and responsive. The apartment is very well furnished with comfortable beds and the huge private terrace makes it quite exceptional. There is a well-stocked supermarket right across the road and there's plenty of parking available in the area.

I booked this accommodation for my parents they have recently retired they wanted to go somewhere for good few weeks from start of contacting the lovely owner Jose he made the booking so simple and answered all my questions on behalf of my parents they both had a fabulous 4 weeks lots of home comforts the balcony is massive such a sun trap and lots of shade if needed as my mum does they have loved there experience in your beautiful apartment and looking to book for next year again lovely clean apartment everything g you need and perfect location such a safe environment . Can't thank you enough Jose take they will see u soon 😀

The apartment had a huge terrace overlooking the Atlantic ocean. It was close to all the facilities like supermarket, bars and restaurants. Hopefully those that have been closed during lockdown will eventually re-open. The apartment had excellent outdoor furniture. Inside there was a comfortable living room and bedroom. No complaints from us about our stay here !!

Exceptional apartment for two people. Stunning views from a huge private balcony area. The interior is a good size. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen, small bathroom, good sized bedroom with plenty of storage and a living room that opens onto the balcony, which has an excellent range of outdoor furniture. Hard to fault it. I suppose the bathroom would benefit from a bit of a face lift but really that's about all. Communication with the owner was good and he was very accommodating.

An excellent apartment hosted by a great communicator. Sixth floor serviced by 2 lifts with a patio you could play football on overlooking the ocean and a sun trap. Met by informative pleasant and keys and apartment explanation fully given . WhatsApp communication with the owner was Simone and very very good . Highly recommend .

Jose was an excellent communicator responding to messages incredibly quickly. The property was great; the patio immense with a comfortable seating area, a table snd chairs and sun loungers with padding. Immediately below the apartments are restaurants which can be accessed via the swimming pool area with a secure gate. Prices of drinks and food were very reasonable and the quality good. Bedroom was big also with sea views. Plenty of space around the pool to sit on loungers. Wifi was good, a small supermarket opposite. Would certainly recommend this property on all counts.

We had this amazing apartment booked for May, but because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we couldn't go. We contacted the owner, Jose Manuel, who was amazing, very courteous and professional, and we agreed to reschedule to August, in the hope that we could go then. Obviously, this too, has now been cancelled, and once again, Jose Manuel has been brilliant, and has now rebooked us for April 2021. I look forward to submitting a full review, once we have been there next year, but I am delighted with the level of service received so far, and can't wait to experience the apartment for real. The owner was easy to contact and was flexible with check in and checkout times. The one bedroom apartment has plenty of space and an enormous balcony. The complex has a heated swimming pool and sun terrace. The area is convenient for restaurants and bars and there is a beach but other much better beaches are a short drive away.

The description and photos are very accurate!The terrace is the size of a football pitch and you cans the sea. There are many restaurants to suit all budgets within a 5 minute walk from the apartment

Schlafgelegenheit eine Zumutung: Nur 135cm breites ausgelegenes Bett für 2 erwachsenen Gäste!?!?!? Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich!!! Alternativ im "Wohnschlauch" (von Zimmer kann man wohl kaum sprechen) eine knüppelharte Billigschlafcouch - Schlafen auf den Bodensteinfliesen ist vergleichbar komfortabel!!!19 Nächte mit erheblichem Schlafdefizit!!! Einfach inakzeptabel!!Baulärm durch Reparaturarbeiten am Pool mit Preßlufthämmern etc. wurde erst 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn nebensächlich erwähnt - Alternativangebot: Nutzung des Pools in Nachbaranlage - kein Ausgleich! Wir hätten frühzeitig informiert werden müssen um unsere Buchung kostenfrei stornieren zu können!!! Vermieter hielt nach Beschwerde 1 Fl. Wein u. 250g Kaffe (Wert ca. 7 €) für angemessenen Ausgleich und drohte die eigens für uns aufgestellte elektr. Kaffemaschine und den Moskito-Kill wieder entfernen zu lassen!?!? Dieses Appartment kann von uns nicht empfohlen werden!!! Einmal und nie wieder!!! Schadet auch dem Image von FEWO!!!

One of the best apartments in the complex. The terrace is enormous and quite private. The beautiful breeze means that it is always comfortable. There are so many options for simply enjoying a full day in the apartment and on the terrace. The ocean is constant, night and day, stars and sun, the sound is beautiful. The bed comfortable, and the supply of bedding, towels, and home equipment means you need to take very little for a self catering holiday. I wish Jose continued success, and hope to return.

The two of us had a fantastic holiday in this apartment. Jose was very welcoming and the apartment and complex provided everything we needed. The Terrace was a great feature with a sea view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we used local buses to go further afield during our 3 week stay. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and clean, the terrace is very sunny (we were there in December). Although the airport is quite close, there is no disturbing noice. You can sometimes here a distant rumbling, but it didn't bother us. Jose replied to all our questions very quickly.
