Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area, where respect for peace and quiet is paramount. We thank you for ensuring that you do not disturb the tranquility of the premises after 10 p.m. In order to guarantee this serenity, a sound level meter connected to our concierge service is installed to ensure that the sound levels are respected. We also inform you that the playing of music outside is not allowed and that parties are not allowed. Finally, for the comfort of all, we ask that the number of people present on the terraces be in line with the occupancy capacity of the villa.

The villa's swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump. If you wish to benefit from it, it is necessary to apply at least two days before the start of your stay. Please note that activating the heat pump incurs an additional cost of €250 per week, which will be charged extra.
During the summer, pool heating is not necessary.
