Excellent location in the historic city. Onsite parking but also very close to parking lot #6/7. Nice view from the room. Not immediately on the main street so not as noisy during the day

Only parking place is the best and 1 day is ok.
The location was ok and also parking . The location is at the parking 6. so you can visit easy to there. restourants arround are just bad and expensive. alsmot no body talking english.

Excellent stay in the centro storico of San Marino
The hotel was truly excellent: centrally located within the city walls of the old town of San Marino, very friendly staff, a cosy hotel bar (where we drank a glass of grappa) and overall an amazing room. The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and sufficient and it was well decorated. The breakfast in the morning was simple but good; coffee and tea were served at the table, which we appreciated.

Erg mooi hotel! Ligt aan de rand van het historisch centrum. Als je van een sportieve attractie houdt, dan is het advanger park dat op vlakbij ligt echt een aanrader.

Charmant petit hôtel de 20 chambres établi en 1966. Le personnel est gentil et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner inclus est délicieux. Je suggère fortement d’accepter l’offre de l’hôtel pour le transfert aller-retour du parking P2-Hotel, la distance étant de 1 km avec une montée de 100 mètres. Le coût fut 10 euros au retour seulement. La terrasse extérieure de l’hôtel offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne de San Marino. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Heureux de mon séjour

We loved this hotel. We rented a Junior Suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a spacious combined living/dining room. The bathroom was also very spacious. While there, we took full advantage of the in house laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the housekeeping staff on a Sunday who never came to our room. Luckily we found the duty manager who was cleaning rooms on another floor who was very nice and gave us towels. This property is very close to the historic old town and main sites and museums. There are ample good restaurants in the area as well as market with one being ten steps away from the main entrance.

Booked this property based on the reviews of the great views, so was surprised then I walked into my room and there wasn’t even a window, just a door that opened straight into a dark stone wall. I paid to upgrade to a suite instead and the views and two balconies are definitely fantastic, but I would not book this hotel if the room doesn’t have a proper window. The location is fantastic, right near the entrance of the main castle. It’s hard to walk up the hill with luggage though so book a transport through the hotel if arriving by bus. Breakfast was pretty good.

I absolutely loved this hotel and the family that manages it. The hotel was spotless, quiet, comfortable and the view was stunning. It's located within easy walking distance to the castles. I highly recommend it and San Marino.

A wonderful experience. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful and the beds were comfy. The location is super convenient to the towers and the view was magnificent! Get a cappuccino or Spritz from the lobby bar and walk across the way to their overlook - the view is stunning!

Excellent Hotel with Beautiful Views!
I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rosa! The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided a map and reviewed it with me, suggesting multiple dining options. My room was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options with excellent coffee. There were multiple terraces to enjoy the view with sunset right in front of the hotel. There’s a bar in the hotel and sunset was best enjoyed with an Aperol Spritz! I would definitely stay at Hotel Rosa again!

A beautiful hotel close to the highest point of San Marino old town. Very near the first of the three famous towers on Mount Titano. Comfortable and clean. Quiet at night for sleeping. Good breakfast selection for this standard of hotel. Bathroom was 'cosy' but clean and everything you need. Great water pressure for an enjoyable shower after hill climbing. Great communication from hosts before arriving with instructions for parking etc.

Magnificent Views!
We were actually contacted prior to our arrival to check to make sure if we needed to park in the hotel and how to give us directions. When we got to the hotel, we weren’t sure where to park but as soon as we pulled up somebody came out to park our car for us. This was an additional fee but we’ll worth parking at the hotel. Let me preface this by saying that as we were driving there, I was hoping that the cliff that I saw in the distance was where we were going, and it absolutely was. The pictures of the hotel don’t do the hotel justice. I didn’t see any other hotels on the inside but by far this was one of the best hotels due to the fact that it’s directly under one of the towers and I believe you can’t drive any higher than the hotel. The views are magnificent! ! I highly recommend this hotel.

Vi har haft et dejligt ophold hos Hotel Rosa. Fuldstændig fantastisk udsigt fra værelset. Dette havde vi dog også betalt ekstra for. Og vi gør det meget gerne igen. Personalet er super venligst og meget serviceminded. Morgenmaden kunne have været bedre. Nok er hotellet et 3-stjernet hotel, så der kan ikke forventes varme retter. Toastbrød i forskellige varianter var godt, når det kom gennem brødristeren. Men croissanterne var meget tørre. De kunne være blevet spiselige, hvis der havde plads i brødristeren til at varme dem igennem. Dejligt med glutenfri alternativer og frisk frugt Alt i alt et godt ophold.

A lovely place to stay
A lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent - just 3 minutes from the first tower. Parking right at the hotel requires getting a paper permission to drive in the old town, but the P6 parking lot is only 50m away outside the walls and the hotel can provide a discount card. Particularly recommend if you’re getting up early for a stunning dawn over the castles and walkway.

Hotel Rosa just a staircase away from the castle grounds.The view from our bedroom window was breathtaking. The included full breakfast was scrumptious. Definitely have them pick you up at the bus stop if coming in by train then bus. The staff was very responsive and helpful. We loved staying here and in San Marino. We would love to come back soon.
