Vakantie en citytrip naar San Luis

Mi estadía fue para 7 personas en un principio había comprado con desayuno los 4 días y en ningún momento me dieron los desayunos entonces no consumi ese dinero extra que pagué ellos no quiseron hacerse cargo Además me sacaban un montón de excusas por los desayunos Las habitaciones no les hacen limpieza ni cambian tus toallas en toda la estadía que vas a estar allá te dan las mismas toalla una vez y esas mismas te tienen que durar tu estadía No ponen papel higiénico en el baño tú tienes que comprarlo Un día dejé una ropa afuera de mi habitacion secando y no apareció la robaron roban tu ropa El servicio al cliente por parte del encargado es horrible Y las habitaciones huelen todas las habitaciones tienen un horrible En total la estadía allá fue horrible

Upon arrival we were refused a room despite our confirmed reservation. They tried to move us to a lower quality sister hotel but we did not accept that. According to local people they pull this trick all the time as the underlying company OnVacation manages several properties on the island. Our impression of the location and facilities was positive, but because of the whole situation I cannot give them any credit for that in this review. It turned out that they already knew for a week that they wouldn't give us a room and instead sell all the rooms to a group.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They baited and switched the hotel room to an oceanfront room, which usually should be lovely; however in this case it was horrific. Hundreds of people are outside with many boom boxes playing music loudly. The music played until 4am. The shower was broken and the air conditioning didn’t work. They told us they couldn’t move us and would not refund my money. We called around the island and there was no availability. The next day, my husband begged them to move us and they did. The second room was a small cement style room and very dirty. The plumbing was not working and the room smelled of sewer. We begged for another switch but were told no. At least the air conditioning worked in this room. I brought my entire family to this hell hole and want to warn you never to go here. The staff at the pool were stealing alcohol and playing music loudly. They cleaned the garbage bins by dumping them next to the pool. It was dirty and disgusting.
