'There is a complete misrepresentation about on site parking. There are paid lots near by, but up to you to secure a spot. The lot that “they recommended” doesn’t even do overnight parking. Additionally, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The shower drain did not drain properly — we take quick showers, yet we were left standing in inches of water, and it took all night for the water to fully drain. This is unacceptable. 'The property was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem when we arrived—the gate code didn’t work. We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested.
