In the Northeast center/metropolitan life without the hustle of San Juan.
Our home is walking distance to malls as well of the city’s center, museums, downtown and nightlife.
All kind of restaurants and fast foods around us...For example, Freshmart whole food, Chinese restaurant, Mario’s pizza, Bakery-Deli-lunch rest. and a Subway rest. only minutes walking in good neighborhood.
Public transportation, two blocks away which gets you to the main bus terminal to other cities also.
Including metropolitan area and hotels in San Juan, our capital.
We are a 25 minutes ride to beaches in the East and 30 minutes ride to the ones in the North.
We have in Caguas, The Sheraton Four Points Hotel and Casino with music for dancing on weekends.

Very nice stay. Cuagas is a little far away from San Juan and el yunque, so we had to drive a lot. Owner was accommodating and let us stay with a 8month old baby. She even gave us extra pots to boil water. The iron stained my shirt and she personally tried taking the stain out and ironed my shirt for me. She gave me some suggestions on fun things to do in the area. The home was neat and organized. She accounted for almost everything. She is very responsive to messages. The location is hard to find in Google Maps but if you put “Agnes’ rental” it goes directly to the house.

Clean, roomy and offered so many things (beach chairs, tote bags, beach towels, our own entrance)n full kitchen in this lil home away from home. Area was safe and quiet. Our host Ms. Agnes was amazing. Tho not in sight she was quick to respond and even checked on us to make sure our stay was going great. Enjoyed this vacation and this stay made it even better

The air conditioner was present at the bedroom and working, definetely would not be able to stay there without air conditioner. House had what was needed but we were eating out mostly therefore didn't use kitchen. Bathroom clean. The parking was in the street and the rental car was hit during the night. Not a pleasant view to wake up to. Need a car to move around since there are no dinning areas walking distance or transportation spots near by except Uber but it can be prizy due to traffic.

A great experience!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this location because they provided all the amenities necessary during our stay. It is located in the heart of the town with all the resources such as stores, restaurants, and attractions to explore. Despite the island having a power outage during our visit, they were prepared to fulfill with their solar panels, we never suffer from tne lack of power. I wouldn’t think twice on staying at this air b&b again. Thank you for having us.

Me encanto el apartamento limpio y comodo para una pareja. El apartamento esta en un lugar seguro y muy cerca a la autopista a San Juan cerca a areas de shopping y restaurant. La host Agnes te manda con tiempo las instruciones de como llegar si las sigues llegas muy rapido,ella es muy atenta y esta al pendiente por si la necesitas y contesta muy rapido si la necesitas.Gracias llegar

What can I say beyond my gratitude and appreciation for Agnes and her cozy, homey rental. Though this stay wasn’t for a vacation it for my dad’s funeral, Agnes kept me up to date with property and her concern when I didn’t arrive at the specific time. She insured me that it was late and she making sure I was ok. Her place made me feel right at home. Everything I could have possibly needed she supplied and more. She and her husband were very welcoming and any questions or concerns we had she answered immediately. She made us feel like family. I would absolutely rent from her again and would receive her place to my family and friends. Thank you Agnes for your warm and caring hospitality.

Perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico!

Follow the hosts directions to the house! They are very clear, and Google/Waze/Apple don't have the correct coordinates for the address!We were very happy with our stay in Caguas! The location was exactly what we were hoping for. The house has free parking right in front, which was super nice! Caguas is a short drive to a large percentage of the island and the house is just 4 minutes from the main highways on the island. There were lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping and other entertainment.The house was a great size, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was welcome after long days in the sun. Being able to make our own food in the kitchen saved us money on eating out as well.Our hosts were prompt to answer all of our questions, and they provided a lot of useful extras like beach chairs that made the stay even easier.We plan to come back soon, and now we know where to stay!

Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home. The home is in a very quiet, urban area. Outside at night, there is the most pleasant sound of the Coqui frogs! Being a lover of song birds, I loved the sound of these frogs! The home is a bit warm outside of the bedroom (the bedroom is air conditioned), but we used the fans to cool off the other rooms and were comfortable. While visiting, I still had to work (I'm a teacher), so the second bedroom is set up as an office. I was very pleased with this accommodation since I needed the space for dual monitors! Overall, the place was perfect for us and when we're not traveling with the kids, the home is great for the two of us! We will stay again soon and encourage others reading our review to enjoy the home too! Agnes, thank you for being such a lovely host! Jonathan and Jai❤️

Pros and Cons

Pros being Anges was great with directions on how to get to property even at 1am. The area was the best of area looks wise but location wise it was conveniently located in middle of traveling to to each end of PR. Anges was very helpful with questions and ideas of things to do and places to eat. Extras were provided such as eggs and crackers n lunch meat. Brita water filter was available which was nice! And a few toiletries if you forgot small stuff. Cons: The posting shows a king and queen bed. But it is only a queen bed. Which is VERY, VERY hard. Our backs n hips hurt was not idea for a week stay. There is only one AC unit and TV in the master bed room. So you really can not enjoy the rest of the house your paying for because u sweat once you leave the room. The shutters are expected to remain open to let the air in which we noticed you can see in from the street. So no privacy at all. And the darn frogs(which for 3 days we thought were birds) were soooo loud at night!!! It was hard to sleep 😖 It was too hot to cook full dinners, which was our intention to save money but eneded up eating out every night. Also, we did not find house rules until the night before we left, which my opinion is post your house rules with booking or email them before people book. To make sure people are comfortable with arrangements. All in all I think just for US as a couple we will stay in hotel next time. Or maybe check hotter months given most house in PR do not have central AC. But given

Everything was beyond awesome, super clean and organized. I went to celebrate my Honeymoon and it was the first time my wife visit the island and she love it so much that she want to go back and if its possible we definitely staying here. Everything is centric and close to the house.
