The primary bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite full bath, A/C, and generous closet space. The guest room is great for families or groups, with a full bed, twin-over-full bunk beds, A/C, and its own spacious storage. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the guest room.



This condo also includes a rare bonus—a built-in cistern providing backup water during outages, a feature not often found in condos.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the laundry room. There are two locked closets where we store our supplies, but don't worry, there is still plenty of closet space and dressers to store your belongings, even if you pack heavy!



There is one assigned parking spot near the apartment, but there is ample guest parking located at the back of the complex, a short walk to the apartment.



We recommend renting a car during your stay. Uber and public transportation is not always reliable outside of San Juan. We do have 7 passenger SUV's available for rent.

The exterior of the complex and the grounds are currently undergoing renovations. The buildings are being painted, the roads in the complex are scheduled to be re-paved soon. But be assured that everything inside the unit is ready for you!
