Steps away from the beach and community pools, approximately a 25-min drive away from El Yunque National Rainforest & just a 30-min drive away from SJU's International Airport.



The Space:

This two level penthouse will greet you to a modern and spacious contemporary space that perfectly connects an equipped kitchen, dining area that sits up to 6 guests between the dinning table and stools, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen smart TV with streaming apps.



KITCHEN



The equipped kitchen, conveniently adjacent to the dining table, offers a countertop stove, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils and a wide sink for optimum comfort. Perfect for either preparing casual breakfast or gourmet dinner. It boasts state-of-the-art appliances and a countertop with barstool seating.



BEDROOMS



The main level of the penthouse also offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom sleeps 2 adults in a dreamy queen-size bed. The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV with streaming apps to watch your favorite shows and movies.



FAMILY ROOM



The second level of the penthouse is accessible by a spiral staircase that leads to a wide family room with sitting area, a flat-screen smart TV and the rooftop terrace which offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Enjoying the sunset at the rooftop is a must. Stargazing is also an an incredible experience at this location.



You will love the nature views from every room in the villa. This property offers a washer and dryer, a great amenity for long term stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property and all interior spaces are private and exclusively for their use.



Guests also have access to the beach and communal pools, which are just steps away from the villa.



Guests will be able to connect their devices to fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for work travelers and/or movie nights.

Malibú Beach Penthouse is located in Malibu Beachfront Condos, a beautiful beach community in Loíza, Puerto Rico. Known for its gorgeous tropical grounds, direct beach access and a wide array of touristic destinations and activities nearby.



The beach community is just 7 minutes away from the St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort, approximately a 30-minute drive from San Juan and the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and a 25 minute drive away from El Yunque National Rainforest.



This is a safe and gated community that is great for families and anyone looking to enjoy a tropical vacation, relaxing under the coconut palm trees while the sound of the waves and the breeze shaking the palms above you or for those who seek that perfect Caribbean adventure.



Getting Around:

When traveling to Loíza or Río Grande, we strongly recommend renting a vehicle. Uber is not completely reliable in the area. We provide car rental suggestions. The property includes two designated parking spaces.



If you rather not renting a vehicle, reach out to us and we can provide options for transportation from trustworthy cab drivers that we can suggest.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that property is located on a third floor. There are no elevators. Guests must climb stairs in order to access the penthouse. Also, the living room does not have a door that divides access to the spiral staircase that leads to the family room and rooftop terrace upstairs. Small children must be supervised at all times.



Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
