Enjoy the convenience of two private bathrooms, both equipped with roll-in showers, making the space accessible and comfortable for all guests. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove,dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The second room has a kitchenette thoughtfully equipped with a mini fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker.



The living area boasts a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa, creating the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring.

Entertainment is guaranteed with multiple smart flat-screen TVs. The apartment also features air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in any weather.



Step out onto the furnished balcony to enjoy outdoor dining or simply take in the beach front views.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, water cistern, and a backup power generator. While these systems are accessible within the unit, they are managed and maintained by the hotel. As such, we do not have control over potential interruptions related to the generator, water pumps, or overall building systems.



Air conditioning units can be adjusted directly from inside the apartment for your comfort.



Additional amenities include free WiFi, an iron and ironing board and a safe for your valuables. While pets are not allowed, the space is youth-group friendly and offers convenient access to some of Puerto Rico’s most popular attractions.

During holidays, events, or peak seasons, the resort may reach high occupancy, and shared amenities such as the pool and beach areas can be more active.



All common areas (including pool, beach access, and hallways) are managed, maintained, and cleaned by the resort administration. Please note that we are not responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, or management of these shared spaces.

🚽 Toilets

To help prevent plumbing issues, please flush only toilet paper in moderate amounts. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or any other items down the toilet. Please dispose of these items in the trash bins provided. Thank you for helping us prevent clogs and plumbing issues.



🔇 Noise

Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



🚭 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations.



💡 ❄️ Air Conditioning & Lights

When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible. This helps conserve energy and supports our sustainability efforts.
