My family and children had to go through being woken up by the owner's relative from the first floor unit banging on our door at 11:30 at night after a day of drinking telling us to move our car. This relative was a female with 2 small children. She said "she owned the place and that we could park wherever we want at a hotel." She argued with my wife. The only reason we parked there is because the cleaner was late getting the apartment ready. She scared us all and woke us up from a dead sleep. She banged really hard on the door. I asked if I could move the car the next day but she would not let us. The neighbors said they we're good and did not need the parking spot. The next day lady was not there with her kids but a man with tattoos and no shirt was staring at us. When we tried to say "hola" he did not respond. We then heard a loud banging at the door that night after we returned from the beach. We had to call police because we were scared and had the children. We left that night and went to San Juan and did not complete our stay. We asked for a refund since we feared for our safety and had to leave in the night to go to San Juan but the owner has not offered any refund. For these reasons, I cannot recomend this property to anyone.
